Voltz is one of the hottest and most eagerly anticipated protocols in DeFi. The team is operating in stealth mode right now. However, even without a public announcement about the protocol, DeFi teams, Traders and CeFi organisations are developing trading models in anticipation of the new primitive being launched.

Who We Are

Voltz Labs was started by Stanford and Oxford educated founders and is now supported by advisors and angels from many big-brand teams in DeFi (announcement to be made soon).

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a fun-loving, energetic and creative Content and Community Manager who will proactively engage and involve our community in all things Voltz related. You need to lean in to everything fun about web3 to keep our community vibe flowing, whilst also being able to draft a content plan that includes strategies to explain the mechanics of Voltz for actors on the protocol.

Your key responsibilities

• Take ownership over the content strategy to actively build and engage the Voltz community
• Develop content across various mediums, working closely with other members of the Voltz family, to ensure high quality content is delivered on time
• Develop creative strategies that make Voltz the most fun and engaging community in DeFi
• Find entertaining and creatives ways to reward the most active member of our community
• Take ownership over all methods of community outreach (e.g. Discord, Twitter, Telegram), including ownership over community calls
• Develop community guidelines and moderation strategy to ensure community channels remain fun and respectful
• Keep the gms flowing

The minimum qualifications

• 3-5 years experience building communities in a directly transferable role
• Active participant in other Web3 communities
• Experience developing creative content strategies and methods of engagement
• Experience managing social media channels
• Experience developing content and managing a content strategy
• Exceptional academics and/or track record through your career to date

Qualifications that make your application stronger

• Experience building communities in Web3
• Deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems
• Knowledge and understanding of fundamentals of finance, particularly derivatives (interest rate markets)

What we offer

• Salary of $100-150k depending on experience
