Marketing Owner

Our mission is to build the most intuitive platform to manage and grow anyone’s crypto assets; securely and privately on their own devices. Currently, we have 40,000 monthly active users and more than 40 billion USD monthly transaction volume. Our platform is a non-custodial wallet. Thus our users have complete control and privacy in regard to their crypto assets. We support only Cardano and Solana blockchain, but other blockchains are on the roadmap. As of now, people can earn staking rewards, but we also plan to add various DeFi protocols to the mix

We expect you to own:

• Overall brand recognition: to have an easier time not only acquiring new customers, but also hiring, partnering, and fundraising.
• New customer acquisition: to acquire new customers while keeping CAC:LTV ratio low.
• Loyalty and trust of existing customers: to make us their preferred solution for storing and farming all their crypto assets.
• To achieve all the above, you will develop our brand message, story, and tone of voice. And you will keep them consistent across all our communication channels. Thanks to you, we will stay at the top of the mind of our community.
• You will analyze our customers’ behavior and their needs. You will oversee in-app user analytics and formulate hypotheses for improvements. Your decisions and recommendations will be data-driven.
• Your inputs will strongly influence our product strategy. Thus, you need to understand the product really well. We will provide you with all the support along the way.

• You are an Owner. You act on behalf of the entire company beyond just your own team. You think long-term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results.
• You are a leader who operates at all levels, stays connected to the details, audits frequently, and is skeptical when metrics and anecdotes differ. No task is beneath you.
• You are a Leader that creates and communicates a bold direction that inspires results. You think differently and look around corners for ways to serve customers.
• You are a quick learner with a natural curiosity about technology, money, and crypto. You don’t have to be a blockchain expert, but knowing a lot about the ecosystem is a big advantage. Any marketing experience from the crypto space is welcome.
• You think outside the box. You can come up with creative ideas to get visibility instead of having a “just spray it with money” mindset. You can think strategically; you can see the big picture not only for growing our brand but for the company itself.
• You get your hands dirty. Remember, we are a small startup—execution is the key. You can write the content, run ads, talk with the media. And most importantly, you can hire members for your team.
• Tomorrow is too late for you. You understand that a startup needs to execute in a matter of days, not months. You don’t postpone execution and don’t over plan. You are decisive under pressure and are willing to make lots of small bets in an environment with a lot of uncertainty.
