Head of Community/Community Manager

We are looking for a well-versed, creative and passionate Community Manager for the Troverse game project, who will be responsible for building and directing the entire community across various social channels.

Troverse is a full-fledged, high-profile Play2Earn game featuring AAA-looking visuals with unexplored possibilities and values for players and NFT owners. The first significant milestone will be the launch of the 10,000 Planet NFTs collection in the upcoming weeks, where the Community Manager will have a critical role in coordinating and pushing the campaign forward to acquire and engage community members for a successful launch.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow, manage and engage our community on Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit and other possible channels that we may request later.
• A highly visible contributor to community experience to foster a vibrant and positive community culture.
• Responding to DMs and publicly interacting with community members, influencers and media representatives to become the ‘face’ of the project.
• Host, moderate and contribute to AMAs, Town Halls, interviews and other community/social discussions.
• Curate messages and announcements posted publicly to community members.
• Recruit and manage moderators and community assistants where needed.
• Plan and execute giveaways, collabs and other rewarding community activities.
• Liaise with influencers, press and media representatives where needed.
• Help create content for website, social media, community engagement activities and direct outreach. Abilities to create visual content (images & video) is a big plus.

Requirements:

• Self-starter, independent, responsible, accountable, decision-maker and problem-solver with attention to detail and remarkable ability to multitask.
• A provable track record of 2+ years of experience organizing and building engaged communities in gaming/NFT/crypto projects. It should be demonstrated when applying.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Twitter, Telegram and Reddit.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, gaming, NFTs and crypto enthusiasts and how to engage & motivate them. Also, if you are a gamer like us, it would be a huge plus!
• Be knowledgeable enough to start on day one with minimum upskilling required.
• Have exceptional interpersonal and PR skills plus strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to concisely articulate a point of view.
• Be able to plan and execute the ambassador program.
• Stay well informed of industry trends in the gaming, Crypto and NFT space.

Terms:

• Full-time | Contract | Remote | $60,000 - $85,000 per year
• Possibility of native token allocation
• Application deadline: 2021-12-15
• Expected to start as soon as possible.
