Growth Analytics Lead

As the Growth Analytics Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Transak’s core product. You will leverage outstanding technical, problem-solving, and communications skills to drive analytical recommendations to efficiently increase our marketing investments. You will work closely with various internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Partners Success.

What You’ll Do:

• Define, track, and analyze marketing performance and actionable insights on all online marketing efforts (SEM/SEO, social media, email, blogs, ads, traditional media) and offline marketing efforts (hosting events, word of mouth, partnerships)
• Lead the mining, analysis, and interpretation of data using statistical techniques to develop actionable insights for complex business challenges
• Build and manage digital growth marketing performance reports
• Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business stakeholders
• Own lead tracking and help identify key changes in channel performance
• Develop & maintain data infrastructure & data visualization to make analytics easier and consumable by stakeholders
• Collaborate with leaders across Transak to develop growth forecasts, build operational goals, and optimize marketing investment spend
• Optimize our Hubspot CRM by helping to architect the data model and identify applicable integrations
• Help develop and implement complex nurture campaigns that increase conversion rates

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing performance & analytics in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Advanced experience in SQL or similar querying language
• Experience with digital advertising measurement methods, concepts, and technologies across online and offline channels
• Strong excel skills (formulas and pivot tables); Tableau or similar data visualization experience
• 2+ years of Hubspot experience
• Google Analytics experience
• Experience with Python as well as data visualization tools
• Experience working with systems and data to measurably increase lead gen and customer conversion outcomes
