Purpose

Tokenize Xchange is one of South East Asia’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and users. We strive to be the reliable and secure platform for fiat to crypto on-off ramp services while creating utility for our users' digital assets.

This role will be the key player in driving the growth of our new products' user base, utilising a variety of digital marketing strategies available to achieve this goal. This might include planning and executing creative marketing campaigns, customer segmentation for tailor-made outreach, developing customer reward strategies, tweaking the value proposition/go-to-market strategy, partnering with other internal products and external parties to offer exciting incentives to use our platforms.

You will be working closely with the Management Team to provide insights for improving the product to ensure its rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and manage end-to-end marketing strategies with the objective of sparking growth from an early stage
  • Unlock new user growth through loyalty programs, content and e-mail marketing, social media campaigns, and affiliates collaboration to attract and retain new and existing customers
  • Manage e-mail marketing programs by optimising landing pages and do AB testing to grow users from Tokenize ecosystem through user segmentation
  • Establish relationships with merchant partners and negotiate partnership deals to drive crypto payment adoption
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence for Tokenize, monitor key trends in communities to assist the overall marketing and product strategy
  • Managing campaigns Facebook & LinkedIn ad platforms, while expanding to other platforms such as Twitter and Telegram, or working with 3rd party ad networks where necessary
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in growth/end-to-end digital marketing and operation
  • Strong written communication capacity & interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills while being able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
  • Data-focused: Leverage a data-driven framework for evaluating channel execution and optimise the strategies to achieve the ROI targets
  • Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics tools: Proven track record to generate, analyse and interpret data using CRM and other analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • User-focused and product-driven: Strong understanding of product, tech, and platform and its audience
  • Fast learner: be able to learn and understand crypto space and product offerings fast and integrate the internal resources
  • Good understanding of financial investments or trading platforms is a plus
