About Us

Thali is an innovative synthetic trading protocol aimed at bringing a gamified experience to DeFi users on Polygon and Ethereum. The DAO has the support from IndiDAO, an ecosystem support DAO founded by key members of Polygon, Wazir X and other leading projects in the Indian crypto industry. Thali’s synths offer exposure to multiple asset classes and exotic data feeds within DeFi as well as exciting gamification mechanisms with NFTs, leaderboards and more.

The role

The mission for the Growth Lead is to manage the growth strategy and overall deployment of marketing functions in the DAO. You’ll have the help of our community, our core team and you’ll have the ability to engage in external support as well. Synthetic trading platforms are usually difficult for users and not necessarily offer a fun and rewarding experience. We want to change that and you’ll be a key contributor to the Thali DAO.

About you

• A passion for DeFi and decentralization. A willingness to participate in the DAO’s community activities and governance processes.
• Capacity to perform autonomously and bringing a “we” mentality to the team and the overall marketing strategy for the DAO.
• Thorough understanding of best growth practices in crypto and DeFi, with understanding of community-oriented growth of DAOs.
• Passion for growth techniques, experimentation and bringing joy to users.
• Future-proof oriented thinking when it comes to development of your work.

Basic Requirements ️

• Overall proven experience in crypto and DeFi marketing and/or growth at top fintech and consumer startups. Ideally, +5 years of experience and above.
• Experience with growth testing and agile methodologies for marketing as well as deep understanding of organic channels and community-led growth loops.
• Interest in gamification and it’s potential for fintech and DeFi in general. Understanding of crypto and DeFi, it’s design challenges and characteristics.
• Interest in being part of DAO’s and leading community-led projects.

Compensation Details

• We’re looking for full-time roles to join as core team members of the DAO. You can be remote anywhere in the world, we’d prefer an overlap with EU or IST time zones.
• Compensation is a package of USDC and the DAO’s native token as incentives, depending on experience and actual role.
• We value skin in the game and alignment with the project’s mission, as such, the incentives in the native token represent a long-term opportunity for all stakeholders including the core team members.
