Product Manager

We are Synesis One, the first DAO for play-to-earn data yield farming and an NFT data marketplace for AI. Built on Solana.

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to lead our Kanon NFT ecosystem

Responsibilities:

• Lifecycle & roadmap planning for multiple NFT releases
• Engage with users, community and other external stakeholders to refine product requirements
• Project planning and coordination across different functional stakeholders, internal and external
• Track performance metrics across various dimensions and bring a level of intellectual rigor to the process
• Build out internal tooling for collecting data & metrics
• Proactively identify technical and operational inefficiencies and work to find solutions to improve workflows

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in a Product role
• 2+ years in crypto with deep knowledge in DeFi, NFTs etc
• Knowledge of Solana ecosystem
• Experience working in remote teams across timezones
• Technical educational background (Engineering, CS or similar) and/or work experience
• Startup mindset: get things done with minimal guidance. Ask for forgiveness rather than permission
