Introduction

Swell Network DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation) is a leading blockchain / Web3 crypto / DeFi protocol that is delivering a next-generation staking protocol that is decentralised, liquid, and non-custodial with a core focus on Ethereum staking. Swell is looking for an exceptional, experienced, and self-motivated Head of Growth to join our growing team of core contributors. Swell is looking for folks who live and breathe the space and are excited at the prospect of working with a project that is at the absolute bleeding edge of this technological revolution.

This is a full-time role with strong autonomy and independence with the ability to carve and shape your contributions to a protocol that is mission-driven and purpose-led to deliver the next-generation of staking.

Responsibilities

• Driving protocol growth across key metrics contributing to the establishment and growth of the Swell Network DAO Ecosystem
• Leading on key business development activities including strategic partners, integrations and partnerships across DeFi and the wider crypto landscape; including borrow / lend, staking providers, liquidity providers, wallets, portfolio trackers, derivatives, and more.
• Engaging in active participation across community governance for Swell Network DAO and across other DAO communities throughout the full ecosystem of DeFi in a strategic manner
• Thriving in the fast-paced nature of the blockchain / crypto / DeFi market
• Working collaboratively with team members and partners across projects
• Leading with intellectual curiosity with a high standard of excellence

Desired Experience

• 2+ years commercial experience in Web3 / crypto / DeFi projects
• Comprehensive experience in driving business development, community building, and protocol growth
• Proven track record in driving DeFi partnerships and integrations, coupled with familiarity of community governance, proposals, and DeFi composability
• Strong understanding of blockchain and Ethereum
• Bonus: Proven background in working within the staking industry for DeFi
