Swell is looking for an exceptional, experienced, and self-motivated Head of Marketing to join our growing team of core contributors. Swell is looking for folks who live and breathe the space and are excited at the prospect of working with a project that is at the absolute bleeding edge of this technological revolution.

This is a full-time role with strong autonomy and independence with the ability to carve and shape your contributions to a protocol that is mission-driven and purpose-led to deliver the next-generation of staking.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing a comprehensive marketing and community management strategy
• Driving implementation of strategic and tactical marketing activities
• Establishing key metrics, funnels, campaigns, performance monitoring, and reporting to support growth of the protocol
• Managing marketing resources across internal team and key marketing partners
• Fostering the development of the community and brand of the protocol
• Thriving in the fast-paced nature of the blockchain / crypto / DeFi market
• Working collaboratively with team members and partners across projects
• Leading with intellectual curiosity with a high standard of excellence

Desired Experience

• 2+ years commercial experience in Web3 / crypto / DeFi projects
• Comprehensive experience in marketing and community management strategy and execution
• Strong understanding of blockchain and Ethereum
• Bonus: Proven background in leading successful public token launches across numerous platforms (e.g., launchpads / IDOs.)
