Sturdy is the first interest-free money market. With our protocol, borrowers receive interest-free loans and depositors earn >10% APY on stablecoins like Dai and USDC. We will be launching on Ethereum mainnet in January 2022 and are making our first non-technical hire to lead marketing. Sturdy is backed by leading venture capital firms like Y Combinator and SoftBank.

You will:

• Plan and execute marketing & advertising campaigns
• Develop Sturdy’s branding and messaging
• Deliver content across social media and blogs
• Take on a leading role in building Sturdy’s community
• Use a data-driven approach to analyze the success of different campaigns

Requirements:

• Experience leading marketing at high-growth startups
• Well-rounded experience in many areas of marketing like growth marketing, digital marketing, SMM, product-led marketing, etc.
• Ability to interpret and act on data
• Familiarity with various DeFi platforms and communities
