We plan on stripping down the various elements of risks in the decentralised finance ecosystem into tradable blocks of risk, which can then be traded amongst participants as pooled risk. Backed by investors such as Mechanism Capital, Crypto.com, Defiance Capital etc.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our rapidly growing DeFi startup as our Head of Markeitng with the potential to disrupt a multi-billion dollar burgeoning new industry. We welcome innovators, people who think differently and are excited about changing the world. You will create a huge impact within the company, and be at the forefront of a new industry. Remote work is a possibility.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement Strips brand digital presence
• Build and optimise campaigns across Telegram, Discord, Twitter & other platforms, analysing what’s working and what isn’t, and continually testing new ideas
• Work closely with our creative teams to produce best-in-class content (ads, video, landing pages) to get our story across
• Work closely with data analysts to spot emerging trends and optimise campaigns
• Leverage online influencers and KOLs to maximise our brand outreach

Education and Experience:

• Experience working in a fast paced growth startup environment
• 3+ years of experience running ads and campaigns on social media platforms
• Comfortable with data and analytics
• Excellent communicator

• Interest in cryptocurrencies/digital assets
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• Combination of salary (competitve) + bonus
