Performance Marketing Manager (PPC & Programmatic)

Job Focus:

We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager with a self-starter mentality to grow the SMART VALOR user base and manage our paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate understands the details and limitations of the various paid ad networks, has experience in the field of cryptocurrencies or FinTech.

You will be responsible for creating digital marketing campaigns together with the broader marketing team. You will be forecasting and executing paid campaigns on various advertising networks, with the goals to grow the user base of SMART VALOR, activate inactive users and retain the active users we have. This is a full-time role – either remote or in one of our offices (Swiss Crypto Valley, Munich, Berlin, Stockholm, Sofia).

Key Responsibilities:

• You will develop brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention campaigns Some of the advertising channels we are using are Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Coinzilla and Bitmedia
• You will identify, test, evaluate and implement new performance channels.
• Design and adapt performance marketing strategy in alignment with marketing and business goals
• Analyse with support of BI team user behavior and demographics and derive insights for marketing strategy and execution
• Forecast advertising budgets and possible outcomes of the performance campaigns
• Supervise multiple internal and external resources, agencies and freelancers in the development of assets and campaign activations

Requirements:

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, in particular paid ads
• 4+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Looker or other data analytics tools
• Proven expertise creating, executing, analyzing and optimizing paid campaigns
• English fluency

Nice-to-have:

• Professional experience in the blockchain or FinTech space
• Experience with DeFi, NFTs and various crypto exchanges
• Experience with data visualization tools, like Google Data Studio
• German fluency
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager is a big plus
• Basic experience with SEO best practices
