Head of Marketing

SIREN Markets is looking for a Head of Marketing who will lead all our marketing activities in the crypto sphere, from social media and brand awareness to creative projects and community engagement.

Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, get the word out, and hook the imagination of potential passionate users by setting and executing short-term and long-term goals. If you’re a skilled marketing strategist, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will run SIREN’s marketing in ways that promote user acquisition and high growth. Compensation can be paid in a mixture of fiat currency and project tokens. Team is entirely remote, with working hours during Europe and North America time zones.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategies for all marketing facets, including socials, community building, conferences and in-person events, and all communications
• Work with our community manager to foster a healthy and active SIREN user base
• Hire additional people as necessary to produce creative content
• Design branding and positioning strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
• Analyze user behavior and determine personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new markets and expand market share
• Monitor competitive projects (acquisitions, new products and features)
• Coordinate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Requirements

• Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the crypto industry
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Analytical mind
