Marketing Lead

Set is building crypto asset management tools and products to democratize wealth creation tools. We believe that decentralized technologies will be a driving force in creating a new global financial system that is more equitable, inclusive, and efficient.

As the company’s first senior marketing hire, your focus is to lead the company’s go to market efforts and develop and implement marketing and content plans to launch and educate the market and drive adoption of Set’s products. However, this is a broad role that also encompasses collateral development/copywriting, handling social media/blogging, growth marketing, and public relations.

Responsibilities

• Owning the overall marketing and content strategy for Set’s existing and new products and coordinating with design, product, engineering, and operations
• Collaborate with Set’s community, partners, customers, and team to deliver narrative-driven short and long-form content on social media, blogs, and media platforms.
• Performing user research, crafting positioning/messaging (category creation), performing user product education, and developing creative assets
• Planning, executing, and iterating marketing campaigns with an experimental and analytical approach

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a product marketing or market-facing role
• You translate complex concepts into clearly articulated messaging
• You have high attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
• You are intellectually curious, resourceful, and relentlessly execute
• You are fascinated by blockchain technology and decentralized finance
