Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Seedify, N1 Blockchain Gaming Launchpad is looking for a creative and experienced full-time Paid Advertising Specialist to join the team with a passion for performance marketing and digital marketing strategy. You will execute campaigns and omptimize them within the ads platforms, manage the ads budget, work on the account analysis & reporting to contribute to strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior analyst and the entire Seedify Marketing team to formulate strategic actions for Seedify.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Strategize and create Paid Ads campaigns for various platforms - Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc. also Crypto focused ad platforms (Coinzilla, A-Ads, and others)
• Develop all our paid media campaigns, being responsible for the entire cycle, from strategy creation, management, and continuous adjustments
• Track events/conversions through GTM and pixels
• Do A/B tests;
• Manage and split the budget across the ad platform to maximize results
• Monitor the performance of the campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure maximum efficiency
• Provide weekly reports with expenditure and ads results.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Ads
• Fluent English speaker and writer
• Business, Marketing of Communication Bachelor Degree - Masters degree is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics - hands-on experience on both platforms is required
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Great analytics skills
• Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics constructing pivot tables and working with Google Data Studio for report automatization would be a plus.

In addition to the monthly Salary of $2,5K (will be paid in stables like BUSD/USDT), there will be a big semi-annual bonus of 2,5K SFUND token.
