We provide full-stack marketing and communications services for the brightest builders in crypto. This includes marketing strategy, social media, long-form content, design and branding, business development, community, and public relations.

Job Overview
SCRIB3 is seeking an intellectually curious, passionate, and thoughtful Community Manager to join our agency on a contract-to-hire basis. SCRIB3’s Community Management team specializes in delivering dynamic community programs (primarily on Discord and Telegram) to clients in the crypto industry. This role is likely fit for someone with 1+ years of experience managing online communities across Discord and/or Telegram.
Responsibilities
- Ensure SCRIB3’s clients are serviced per their Statements of Work (SOWs), actively overseeing the delivery and compliance of community services.
- Build and execute community programs for our client base, working closely with the accounts team.
- Lead the development of unique, client-specific community strategy.
- Develop and adjust strategy and tactics as needed to hit client KPIs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client, including their business model, goals, market positioning, technical details, etc., to guide our community program effectively.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on service outcomes, working with account teams to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Organized and detail-oriented in your day-to-day work and communications.
- Able to clearly communicate situations to various parties in a solution-driven manner.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.
- You display a team-first mentality with your fellow SCRIB3ers and build candid and trust-based professional relationships with your clients.
- Launched or worked on previous community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, writing an email newsletter).
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, project management role, or account management role.
- Understanding of Discord, Telegram, Zealy, Galxe etc.
Nice to have:
- Crypto-native across the DeFi and Infrastructure sectors in each respective ecosystem.
- Previous experience at a marketing/communications agency or other professional services environment.
- Previous early-stage experience at a blue-chip crypto company.
- Previous experience in web2 marketing/consulting before transitioning to crypto.
