Web3 Marketing Specialist

ROVR Network is building the backbone for Spatial AI, robotics, and autonomous systems through a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN). We collect and deliver high-quality 3D data for HD mapping, AI training, and next-gen smart mobility. We’re seeking a passionate Web3 Marketing Specialist to amplify our impact through data-driven campaigns, strong social media presence, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, social, email, content, PPC).
• Use Google Ads, Hootsuite (or Buffer, Sprout Social), and similar tools to plan, schedule, and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, and engagement.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Analyze performance metrics to improve ROI, CPA, CLV, and other KPIs.
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, social insights, and even on-chain analytics for deeper insights.

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Produce engaging content — blog posts, newsletters, social media copy, visuals — that simplifies Web3 concepts.
• Align editorial calendars with SEO and community engagement goals.

Community & Social Engagement

• Manage active presence across X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Tik Tok, etc. Engage the community through posts, AMAs, contests, memes, and forum discussions.
• Gather feedback and foster authentic interactions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Product, Design, and Community teams to craft messaging that resonates across both Web2 and Web3 audiences. Convey ROVR’s technical strengths in a compelling way.
• Trendspotting & Innovation Monitor and adapt to trends in DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, tokenomics, and Web3 marketing channels.
• Incorporate innovative marketing strategies like airdrops, referral loops, influencer campaigns, or content-based incentives.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 2+ years of marketing experience—especially in digital, performance, or growth roles; Web3, crypto, or blockchain experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite (or similar), analytics tools, content management platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset; capable of interpreting data to make strategic decisions. AP proficiency (CPA, CLV, ROI) expected.
• Excellent communicator—able to craft compelling content in written and spoken form. Web3 language fluency (DeFi, tokenomics, DAO, NFT) is critical.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with growth hacking or performance marketing strategies in Web3 (airdrops, token-based incentives, influencer or community campaigns).
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen) and marketing automation platforms.
• SEO and SEM expertise tailored to Web3 audiences and niche-centric campaigns.
