Community Lead

At RociFi we are building a new multi-chain DeFi primitive for zero and under-collateralized lending. At its core, the protocol leverages on-chain data, machine learning, and loan risk management to effectively and profitably facilitate under-collateralized loans via blockchain.

We are looking for a creative and user-focused Community Lead to moderate, engage and grow RociFi communities across social media channels (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit).

This is a unique chance to work in the ground-breaking company that is working to define one of the key Web3 primitives.

Responsibilities:

• Moderate social media communities (Discord, Telegram) to ensure that it always stays active and positive
• Daily engagement of communities via custom quality posts and viral media
• Be the brand’s voice for all communications on social media
• Fast responding to requests and questions (especially prior and during Token launch)
• Strategic proactive approach to quality audience growth across key channels
• Organise and manage community-building activities, engage in mentions on all social media channels
• Forward timely product, governance announcements and news
• Steer community safety via blocking robots and spams
• Create reports about community engagement and feedback
• Share actionable insights from customer feedback internally to improve our products and service

You are an ideal candidate if you are:

• Have strong understanding of DeFi specifics, projects landscape and, particularly, crypto lending
• Have experience leading community and growth activities for successful crypto projects
• Knowledgeable about marketing and communication strategies that effectively promote and and drive growth for brands on social media
• Have personal social media accounts with proven engagement within crypto communities (esp. Twitter)
• Love working in the fast growing project
• Comfortable to work in fully-remote team
• Have strong copywriting and analytical skills
• Have experience or very familiar with the Asian market
