This is a contracted based position, Hours can vary depending on the amount of guests we have on the show.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include researching and processing segments for the Podcast
• Responding to the inevitable snags that come up, and manage the production schedule—both on a day-by-day basis and in future planning.
• Post production editing: Watch interview in full, edit for time and any other items that need to be removed. Find clips in interview with each platform in mind and edit specific clips. Write show notes for podcast and YouTube page.
• Upload and launch on all platforms. Write social media content relating to the episode tagging guests and using hashtags. Follow up with any comments from viewers.
• Provide reports and even track episodes that are relevant to the upcoming one. Help ensure we are providing top-quality podcasts our listeners will learn and want to listen to.
• Collaborate with the host to plan, script, record, and deliver episodes on a deadline that meet our standards of excellence.

Skills

• Experience in Podcast Process and running a podcast
• Experience and ability to edit a podcast/video and promote it on social media
• Ability to write show notes and recap each episode
• Knowledge in blockchain technology space is not required but a plus
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Able to complete tasks on required deadline
