Social Media Manager

rLoop is a Web 3.0 DAO that has been proving Social Finance (SoFi) since 2015. Started as a group on Reddit (r/rLoop) to answer to SpaceX’s Hyperloop competition, rLoop has been the prime example of what a successful, skillful DAO can accomplish - winning the Innovation Award at SpaceX, along with 3 other awards over the years.

Now, we are going blockchain and we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team.

Job Requirement:

1. Manage rLoop’s official social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn) by placing rLoop in engaging, industry-related conversations and responding to comments and replies.
2. Manage rLoop’s entire social media posting schedule by selecting strategic posting times, strategic hashtags, and hyper-strategic account tags.
3. Draft and schedule the written part of the social media content (Tweets, Telegram, Instagram caption, LinkedIn post).
4. Ensure that the quality of rLoop’s engagement and performance on social media is satisfactory, and make any necessary changes.

Candidate Requirement:

1. 3+ Years in managing successful social media accounts (Twitter is a big plus)
2. Native proficiency in English required
3. Attention to details
4. Background and experience in marketing is a big plus
5. Self-motivated and driven. We want a talent who can lead, not just blindly follow
6. Experience in running successful social media marketing campaigns is a huge plus
