Growth Marketing Lead

AI Agents participate in incentivized competitions to prove their skills, gain reputation, and earn the attention of users, businesses, and other agents. The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead — a dynamic leader who’s passionate about crafting high-performing strategies and skilled at executing breakthrough campaigns that drive growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving Recall’s global brand awareness, mindshare, and network adoption by activating both the crypto and AI communities. This role reports directly to the CMO.

What You’ll Do

In your first six months, your goal is to craft and execute high-impact growth strategies that position Recall at the forefront the AI industry, achieve top 10 mindshare amongst all crypto x AI projects, grow network adoption, and enable one of the year’s most successful token launches. This includes:

• Growth Marketing: Design and execute high-impact, data-driven campaigns and initiatives focused on the rapid growth of the Recall ecosystem, with a focus on building credibility, mindshare, and participation in AI agent competitions amongst developers and retail.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, product, partnerships, design, and external agencies (Marketing, PR) to align goals, set strategies, and execute initiatives.
• Social Media: Reach and engage a global audience, build vibrant online communities, and expand mindshare across channels, with a focus on X and Discord.
• Distribution & Amplification: Establish, manage, and optimize third-party channels and partnerships to spread our message, supercharge growth, and maximize ROI.
• AI-Powered Tooling: Set up new systems, workflows, and tooling powered by AI that increase efficiency and improve output for your work and the marketing organization.
• Points & Incentives: Manage the Recall points program, yap to earn, and various other incentivized growth programs aimed at activating the community and accelerating adoption.
• Analytics & Optimization: Set and track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize strategies based on insights.
• Brand Development: Shape and strengthen Recall’s brand voice and narrative across all platforms, positioning us at the forefront of crypto x AI ecosystem.
• Growth Experiments: Run A/B tests and growth hacks to identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years experience in growth or marketing with proven success scaling crypto brands, ecosystems, and communities
• Crypto-native who has worked in the industry and is passionate about AI
• An AI-driven operator who uses AI tools or agents personally and professionally, likely vibe coding in your spare time, and actively works to implement the future of marketing powered by AI
• Self-starter with a strong willingness to execute, bringing big, complex projects to life
• Strong strategic, analytical, and data analysis skills
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience working with marketing agencies and/or large cross-functional teams
• A trusted voice who understands our different audiences and what motivates them
• Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
