Social Media Manager

Join Cards.io in the countdown towards our TGE! We are at the intersection of DeFi and NFT — two sectors that have recently exploded in popularity — with the invention of the first (and only) NFT Prediction Market, Reality Cards which is transforming real-world events into collectable NFTs.

A large part of this role relates to selecting events to be run on our prediction market. It will be your job to choose events that are most likely to appeal to a wide variety of users (in particular users of other DeFi projects) and where necessary, to source art from NFT artists for each event.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can oversee our social media presence on Twitter, telegram and Discord. You will be responsible for growing the Reality Cards audience and attracting engagement from NFT buyers in major communities.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and memeful content such as community announcements(product launches, new partnerships, milestones)
• Manage posts and respond to followers on our social channels.
• Running contents, promos, NFT’S launch/ giveaways
• Building, monitoring, and engaging with NFT blue-chip communities and influencers
• Crafting, scheduling, and reporting weekly marketing campaigns through content calendar
• Engaging with the larger NFT twitter ecosystems to drive product awareness
• Community building & outreach building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers, podcasts, newsletter, projects.

Ideal background

• 3-5 years experience as a social media manager in web3
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Deep understanding of the NFT ecosystem
• Connections to major projects and influencers
• Record of participation in different crypto social outlets, discord channels, and telegram groups
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge with CRM programs are plus
