At RabbitHole, we’re building the on-chain resume for the future of work in crypto.

Crypto protocols no longer rely on an individual’s higher education credentials or social capital, but instead, those with proven on-chain history and high participation. With this paradigm shift, the lines between education and work are becoming increasingly blurred. People are learning on the job, with ultimate working flexibility, while being paid for their contributions through ownership.

On RabbitHole, users earn credentials “Skills” by completing on-chain tasks across different smart contract-enabled applications. These Skills are required for “Quests” which reward users with ownership in different protocols by completing a series of on-chain tasks that benefit each protocol. We’re doing this to make the world of crypto less nebulous, and easier for someone new to the ecosystem to get involved in crypto.

The role

We are looking for someone who is a master of all things content & growth, and a master of memes. You must be comfortable wearing many hats, managing multiple projects, and being proactive to grow the RabbitHole brand through creation. This will involve an angle towards education, working with external stakeholders to create guides and content to help users of RabbitHole complete their mission to becoming stakeholders in future protocols.

Our team has deep crypto-native roots, working at some of the leading consumer teams in web3 like Dapper Labs and the largest DeFi ecosystems like MakerDAO. We’ve realized that to bring the next millions of people into crypto, we need to make the consumer experience magical while empowering the users. We believe that finding the right person for the right task at the right time is even more important. The culture of RabbitHole is about lifelong learning. By creating a platform to make it easy to learn and get involved in new protocols, we can make it fun & easy to learn complex topics. We’re endlessly curious about the potential of crypto to shape how we interact with the world today, from finance, to culture, to work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and drive a content roadmap that builds the RabbitHole brand and generates excitement for crypto by working closely with the core RabbitHole team
  • Embrace Crypto Education: Create a “crypto 101” strategy that helps a non-technical audience understand the space. This will likely include a series of blog posts, videos, and podcasts to have users better understand the products that they’re using.
  • RabbitHole as the go-to: Make RabbitHole the place to go to learn about crypto in a way that is fun, understandable, and playful. Let’s make crypto about using and doing not just quizzes
  • Analyze content performance and use insights to produce better content and stay ahead of market needs
  • Create a strategy that engages external content creators contributing to RabbitHole using RabbitHole’s “Pathfinder Program”.
  • Working on partnerships with newsletters, content creators, and event organizations for sponsorship opportunities
  • Master of memes

About you

  • Have a large Twitter presence. Twitter is the backbone of the crypto industry and is the biggest distribution channel for any crypto product.
  • Proven experience creating content on multiple platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Blogs, and more with good results.
  • Experience building content strategy in service of business and communications goals that map to KPIs.
  • Experiencing juggling multiple projects with external stakeholders, preferably in a remote-first environment—having scoped roles, sourced and recruited, and honed a motivating management style.
  • Strategic thinker that is able to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various perspectives to create an actionable plan.
  • Analytic rigor; a high bar for integrity, trust and quality; and a guiding curiosity to stay on the cutting edge of this fast-moving world.
