Community Manager

Quant’s mission is to give people real control over their financial future, starting with crypto options. With Quant, you’ll be able to trade crypto options instantly, free, in a permissionless and easy to use web and mobile app. We are blurring the line between DeFi and regular finance in regards to option trading.

You will be joining a highly technical team that has deep knowledge of trading, and values shipping beautiful, usable products. We are early adopters in a nascent space, and are continuously laying the groundwork and raising the bar of the decentralized trading standard.

Responsibilities

• Plan execute engagement strategies across our growing social channels e.g. Twitter, Discord etc.
• Manage all communications with our community on Discord and other channels Create meaningful engagement within the community by coming up with innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with our team on product rollouts and announcements
• Assist in organizing and hosting online and offline events, AMAs and meet-ups.
• Protect the community from spam, misinformation, and irrelevant posts

Requirements

• 2+ years in a community management role, with a track record of growing crypto communities, and a deep understanding of crypto culture.
• Genuine interest and understanding of decentralized finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt strategic messaging across channels to drive action.
• Strategic problem solver with proven results in building and executing a community strategy.
• Experience with Twitter, Discord, and Telegram and other social media channels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
