The Role

As the Head of Growth, you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of Pond’s user base, developer ecosystem, and partnerships. This role blends marketing, business development, and data-driven growth strategies to accelerate our adoption in the web3 and AI sectors.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to craft and execute initiatives that bring Pond’s crypto-native AI to the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive adoption, retention, and engagement of Pond’s platform.
• Lead ecosystem expansion, including developer & user onboarding, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Optimize go-to-market strategies for Pond’s products, ensuring alignment with key web3 AI trends.
• Manage partnerships and business development, working with Layer 1s, DeFi protocols, AI projects, and key web3 stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing efforts, including content, social media, and influencer collaborations to amplify Pond’s presence.
• Leverage data analytics to track key growth metrics, optimize campaigns, and improve user acquisition strategies.
• Work closely with the product team to enhance user experience and drive adoption through product-led growth tactics.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development, in crypto startups.
• Deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, on-chain data, and AI-powered applications.
• Strong networking skills with a proven track record of partnerships and developer engagement.
• Hands-on experience with growth marketing, including Twitter SEO, social, content, and community-driven strategies.
• Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze metrics, experiment with growth levers, and scale effective campaigns.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to drive Pond’s narrative in the crypto AI space.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of ownership.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Technical understanding or experience working with blockchain developers, AI/ML engineers, or data scientists.
• Experience in developer relations, ecosystem growth, or community management in web3.
• Familiarity with growth hacking tools.
