Join Phuture in its mission to create the vanguard of crypto. Phuture, a decentralised protocol built for the creation and investment of passive index strategies in a Web3 environment.

Once live, Phuture will introduce an open design philosophy for creating passive investment strategies. Designed from the ground up to be intuitive to both crypto and non-crypto native users, Phuture provides the tools to create new indices or invest into existing ones created by the community. The Phuture protocol introduces its unique, scalable, aggregated index architecture to rebalance across multiple indices simultaneously. Its smart rebalancing engine dynamically ascertains the optimal rebalancing triggers, minimising value lost through swaps and improving index performance.

We have raised over $2.5mm from early stage investors and are now looking to expand our organisation. You’ll be joining a fast paced and innovative startup environment looking to become the de facto platform for web3 passive investing.

The Role

As Phuture’s Head of Marketing, your role will include building our go to market strategy, devising content plans to create awareness, and directly impacting user acquisition for the Phuture protocol. This role will also include handling social media, blogging, copywriting, growth campaigns, and press relations.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Phuture’s overall marketing strategy and direction
• Help create Phuture’s go to market strategy
• Creating awareness for the Phuture protocol and ecosystem
• Publishing content on Medium and other content platforms
• Managing growth campaigns
• Crafting strong partnerships within the crypto ecosystem
• Have a data driven approach when evaluating the effectiveness of current and future initiatives

Candidates should

• Have a good knowledge of crypto
• Understand the Phuture protocol
• Be collaborative in their approach and happy to work with others on projects
• Be happy to work remotely and manage their own office environment
• Be willing to be flexible with their availability to accommodate for the fast-paced nature of the cryptocurrency market and open to occasional travel
