Global Growth Manager (Based in USA & EU)

Responsibilities:

• Accountability for Phala’s local media relations, local presence and partnerships.
• Develop the marketing and communication strategy for scaling Phala’s brand, products and services.
• Manage relationships with Phala in Partnerships(Parachain ecosystem), Product, Marketing(local media), Communication and more to promote Phala’s growth and brand.
• Responsible for external brand disclosure matters and content writing and event planning.
• Use data and find insights to guide strategic decision and enhace Phala’s ability to go-to-market with products(SubBridge, Fat Contract, Compute cloud, etc.).
• Leverage Web3 marketing outreach strategies and growth marketing best practices to acquire, engage and retain our community and base of superfans locally.
• Independently identify growth opportunities, lead the localisation of strategy, and implement tracking information to report on results.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience (top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, marketing /business operations, GTM strategy, or similar);
• Have a certain blockchain knowledge; Minimum 1 year in the Crypto/Defi/Metaverse space;
• At least a Bachelor’s degree from a top100 U.S. Comprehensive University or a top200 World University;
• Experienced people manager skilled at motivating teams in a globally remote and distributed environment;
• Strong adaptability and learning ability, able to understand the differences between Asian and Western cultures, and willing to have an in-depth understanding of new things;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication, speak skills, proven ability to manage relationships with senior executives, and can work effectively with all levels, Even better if you can speak Mandarin;
• Structured, autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments;
• Technical knowledge: We don’t need you to code, but you’ll be involved in Engineering conversations;
• Best to base in the areas where the blockchain is more active: New York, Miami, LA, Austin, but it is not necessary;
• You’re intrinsically interested in web3 and motivated to stay at the bleeding edge of technological and market developments.
