Opportunity:

• This is Parcel’s first business-side hire and an incredible opportunity to have significant influence and shape one of the most anticipated startups in the metaverse
• Reports directly to the CEO
• Nearly uncapped upward mobility, room for advancement and increased ownership

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in marketing, growth, or business/strategy role
• 1+ year experience full-time in crypto
• Exceptional written communication skills
• High attention to detail & eye for design
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, driven by meritocracy

Responsibilities:

• Community Management: Manage all of Parcel’s social media channels
• Copywriting: Ability to craft clever, witty, timely Tweets, posts, & and other public-facing language
• Measurement & Reporting: Establish and track ROIs and KPIs; deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
• Process Management: Plan, organize, and execute customer-facing content calendar, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• BD: Assist in business development & establishing partnerships in and out of the metaverse

Nice to Haves:

• SEO and/or SEM experience
• Graphic and visual design skills (Figma, etc.)
• Basic programming skills — Parcel has an engineering heavy culture
