We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Head with very good experience in the Blockchain and DeFi space to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
2. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
3. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
4. Liaise with Influencers to execute promotional events and campaigns
5. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
6. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail)
7. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
8. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements

1. Proven experience as marketing head or similar role in DeFi space
2. Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
3. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools Well-organized and detail-oriented
4. Exceptional communication and writing skills.
