Chief Marketing Officer

We are a startup based in Neuchatel and London, building the next generation of privacy infrastructure for the Internet. Our core technology is a decentralised and incentivised mixnet that allows integration with third party applications and services to protect users’ data and ensure their privacy at the network level. The Nym team is a world class mix of privacy experts, coders, and thinkers spread all over Europe. They also happen to be really nice people. Nym is looking for a skilled team member to grow with us and make key contributions throughout this journey.

What you will be building

• Design, build and manage implementation of brand strategy and brand proposition
• Bring marketing innovation and customer awareness to the heart of Nym
• Setting tactical goals at individual and support team level to achieve OKR’s
• Build out and manage an elite team of Privacy and Defi marketing professionals
• Play a critical role in Fundraising

What you bring to the team

• At least 8 years’ experience working as a Senior Marketing professional within Technology
• Experience in bringing crypto currency to public offering (desirable)
• Excellent leadership and management skills – you will build out an existing team of 7 current direct reports across Product, Design and Community Growth
• Strong background in original marketing on a global scale
• Proven track record of working with blockchains and crypto currency
