Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• Be the voice of our team to the community
• Manage our team of moderators and ambassadors on Telegram & Discord
• Create and implement social media campaigns such as contests, AMAs and new offers including measurement
• Monitor the social media profiles and action ideas for improvement
• Deliver on-brand voice and messaging across all our social channels, and collaborate with our Marketing, Operations staff to ensure consistency cross-platform

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in social media or community management
• Have an understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and social trends across international markets is highly regarded
• Comprehensive understanding of Telegram, Twitters and Discord channel or a willingness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
