Marketing Manager - Crypto Market strategy and expansions

We are looking to add a Growth & Strategic Marketing Manager to our team.

Experience in Crypto and Blockchain is a must

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and iterate on all digital marketing campaigns
• Be the voice of EXIP and the champion of our vision to thousands of retail investors & Influencers to reach the goals for the project.
• Tell our story to the crypto world and communicate what makes us unique to the community in short and long-form content on social media, email newsletters and media platforms and develop the community around the project.
• Create, Own and execute on strategy for Twitter, Telegram, Discord and any additional social channels
• Make data-driven decisions when framing hypotheses, determining product-market fit, evaluating campaign performance, and setting goals.
• Maintain the quality standards and updates of the company website (www.EXIP.live)
• Manage content calendar and assist in curating and presenting daily / weekly content with team
• Engage with top industry cryptocurrency exchanges and Venture Capitalists
• Assist on paid marketing initiatives
• Create and share intel on competing products and marketing; summarize the performing and non-performing strategies, and update the Unique selling propositions.
• A doer: An entrepreneurial and self-motivated collaborator in a fast-paced, capable of being impactful with minimal supervision and support from management stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Expert knowledge about Marketing strategies in crypto arena
• Familiar in Blockchain Technology
• Native English level ability
• Demonstrated success at a B2C company or within the eCommerce space
• Must be self-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment with minimal supervision
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Experience in Google Analytics, Excel, Paid Ads
• A Fast learner and exhibits interest in learning new things.

Contract Details

This is a full-time role with a 1 month probational period to ensure proper work synergy is met.
