NFT Marketing Guru

We are looking for a marketing guru, someone who understands how to connect 3D creators to metaverse land owners and builders. Ideally, but not essential, they have experience marketing NFTs and have worked with metaverse land owners. Together with the co-founders they will work directly on campaigns with highly curated 3D creators, including world renowned architects and designers, to plan, manage and launch unique 3D NFT drops that will help build enthralling metaverse experiences.

This role is a unique opportunity to become a guru in a rapidly growing domain. The role will grow with the company and you will be part of a highly autonomous, passionate and dynamic team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a growth, product or marketing leader.
• Previously managed campaigns in either NFTs, luxury goods, architecture and design or gaming.
• You are comfortable navigating through BI and product analytics tools.
• You have a deep understanding of how different departments can contribute to bottom-line growth, and are able to translate data & observations into actionable growth strategies.
• You have a proven track record of leading initiatives, leading teams through OKRs and working cross-functionally to achieve goals.
• You are skilled in distilling your (teams) work in clear to understand reports or slide decks.
• Ideally, you’re deeply experienced in multiple acquisition channels (SEA, paid social, UGC) and growth hacking methodology like the BRASS framework with a good understanding of the Web3 landscape.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
