Senior Social Media Manager

KSM Starter - the primary launchpad on Kusama - is looking for a new team member to join the highly international team of experts.

Do you enjoy being on social media? Are you driven by communications? Are you naturally inquisitive in constantly hacking growth and finding the latest trends that can help in creating fluid communications between the company and the community? Do you love working in a fun environment? Then you may be the person we are looking for!

With the conclusion of a successful funding round, KSM Starter is currently at pre-launch. The community has grown to a massive number (almost 25,000 on Telegram and 40,000 on Twitter) in a very short amount of time! With everything that’s going on, we are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join us in this exciting journey.

• Work type: Full time (40h/week) or Part time (20h/week)
• Location: Worldwide (fully remote). Candidates based in Europe preferred.

Daily Activities:

• Planning social media content with our content writer and marketing advisors
• Benchmarking other social media profiles to study best case studies and plan implementation
• Actively engaging with the community on social media through comments and DMs
• Reaching out to potential KOL/Influencer partners
• Studying trends and implementing ways to increase engagement rate and impressions
• Managing social media ad campaigns

Requirements:

• Extremely versatile on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit, and Instagram. Our main focus at the moment is Twitter and Telegram
• Native English speaker
• 3+ years experience in working as a social media manager or a similar role
• Commitment to continued growth and insight into growth hacking
• Naturally driven curiosity to benchmark and adapt to new trends
• Ability to portray friendly professionalism
