Marketing & Communications

At karpatkey, we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Professional to lead the marketing and communications strategies and the execution of all related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Be the driving force behind the creation and implementation of marketing and communications strategies and campaigns that will take karpatkey to the next level;
• Defining and evaluating marketing activities and budget planning;
• Developing and optimizing marketing funnels;
• Ongoing monitoring of industry trends, market changes and competitor activities;
• Engaging with a crypto-native audience by utilizing web3 marketing and community tools/platforms;
• Leading the development and distribution of creative content such as short videos, memes, and infographics;
• Writing high-quality pieces in a variety of media, such as in-depth technical articles, community updates, social media posts, educational material, and blog posts;
• Hosting regular events through karpatkey’s community channels.

Qualifications

• Be an entrepreneurial, strategic and results-driven marketer with 3+ years experience in a marketing role;
• 2+ years experience in a marketing role within a web3 organization, a deep practical understanding of the DeFi landscape;
• Passion for Defi and crypto and ideally a solid understanding of dApps, Ethereum as well as Yield Farming;
• Strong personality and solid communication skills;
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken (C1).
