Job Description

The Affiliate Manager is responsible for helping manage and further scale our current industry leading Affiliate Program. This consists of youtubers, twitter personalities, podcast hosts and other independent content creators who help spread the message of tax-free* crypto investing through our novel iTrustCapital Crypto IRA retirement account platform.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Acquisition:

• Searching and identifying potential affiliates
• Performing various marketing activities to promote partner program (on social media, forums, etc)
• Adding info on partner program to affiliate directories

Affiliate Program Management:

• Develop partner program strategy and define KPI’s
• Work with the Content management team to generate content ideas and prepare creative outlines for newsletters, system emails, landing pages and blogs.
• Strategize creative collateral for creation to be used by affiliates
• Monitor competitor affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Keep affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements
• Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program.

Affiliate Communication & Tracking:

• Communicate with partners (replying to emails, follow-ups)
• Monitor partner activities and performance
• Monitoring affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels
• Track affiliate performance and issue monthly reports
• Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues.
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

Community Management:

• Utilize social listening to serve the needs of clients and affiliates.
• Interact with Telegram, Discord, Clubhouse, Facebook Groups and other crypto communities to evangelize about iTrustCapital and the affiliate partner program.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of Affiliate management experience
• Knowledge of Cryptocurrency and Financial markets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IRA/401k Retirement accounts
• Experience running digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, content marketing…etc)
