Community Manager

Inverse Finance launched the world’s leading low-cost decentralized stablecoin, DOLA, bringing more profitable borrowing to a new generation of DeFi projects.

The Inverse Finance DAO is in search of a driven leader who is ready to energize and manage community activities currently being managed on an ad-hoc basis by volunteers in the DAO but also to launch new programs that build the resilience of the Inverse Finance community moat!

What You Will Do

• Monitor, moderate and manage community sentiment on Discord, which is the “heart” of the Inverse DAO community.
• Monitor, moderate and manage community sentiment on Telegram, which is a secondary communication tool for some members and INV investors.
• Organize and coordinate online community events such weekly or monthly community calls, Twitter spaces, and Youtube AMAs.
• Organize a Community Working Group within the DAO to bring other community-minded members into a more organized community effort.
• Develop processes for onboarding new members to the Inverse DAO community
• Constantly learn, research, and experiment with new community building ideas.
• Research and recommend new incentive and community-building programs for the DAO. Use your role as community manager to glean insights within our community that can be funnelled back into our product, engineering, and growth teams.
• Help the community to engage in governance and voting within the DAO, calling attention to new proposals, voting deadlines, etc. Seek out new candidates to serve as a delegate on the DAO’s governance working group or in other working groups.
• Measure and report on the success of community growth, support, and engagement initiatives with qualitative and quantitative insights.

What You Should Bring To The Role

• You should be passionate about DeFi and be fluent in talking about the landscape, important issues, and have thoughts on where this is all going. But we’re also really looking for someone who shows a passion for what Inverse is building: a new low-cost stablecoin wrapped in an exciting array of new products coming in 2022.
• You should have either direct experience running a community or have done something in a DAO that is really community-leader-like that shows us you are ready for the challenge. You are a pretty outgoing and positive “community” person that people from all over the world with all kinds of perspectives will want to work with and have fun with.
• You are active in the crypto community and bring a Twitter following or similar social media presence. You should be ready to be an active leader in social media for the DAO.
• You should be able to show excellent written and oral communications abilities.
• Nice to haves: good Twitter following, fluency in promoting or creating memes, fluency with NFT’s.

Compensation: commensurate with experience but includes both DOLA and INV.
