Community Manager

We are growing fast! We need someone who will be a prominent member of our Community team and will be active in our Discord, Twitter, and Telegram Community, along with relevant groups and channels on other future platforms. Do you have a track record of effectively growing engaged audiences including fans, brands and investors?

Responsibilities

• Manage and be the go-to person for Interlock’s community, on all existing and future platforms.
• Collaborate with team leads in Growth, Product and Partnerships to deliver relevant compelling content to the community and staff.
• Work with the CMO, Founders, and Content Manager to deliver the community strategy.
• Maximize awareness for Interlock’s community around Interlock campaigns, the news cycle and calendar events.
• Build and foster key relationships with various micro communities; from investors to potential investors to users.
• Implicitly know what sort of content and tone of voice connects with both investors and users.
• Spread good connections and build relationships for Interlock amongst cybersecurity, crypto, blockchain, NFT, DeFi and metaverse communities.
• Identify and onboard key tastemakers for Interlock’s communities.
• Be way ahead when it comes to emerging technologies, product launches and new opportunities for Interlock to grow its community.
• Report back on community performance at team meetings and Liaise with community group leaders and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Advise on and implement localized strategies.
• Mobilize the community to generate insights which support Interlock’s business objectives.

Qualifications

• Exposure in Web3 / blockchain community outlets in the USA, Europe, or Asia.
• Keen interest in DeFi, cybersecurity, and reward tokens.
• Prior experience in building, growing and managing communities.
• Active in the Crypto communities on Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram
• Comfortable using decentralized Crypto software.
• Be process driven, detail oriented but also pragmatic and service focused.
• Competent working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• We want you to have your say, offer questions and ideas to senior team members and be vocal with your opinions.
• Adaptability. Things move fast. As a startup we’re taking you with us so you gotta be adaptable and agile.
