The role

We are looking for a versatile creative and tech-Copywriter, native English speaker, solid experience in a high-paced environment, passionate about creating and sharing engaging narratives about blockchain technology, DeFi, and the interoperable future.

The ideal candidate is someone who helps us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through engaging content for our audiences. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of researching and writing standalone content pieces and creating social-media tailored content based on already existing works.

We’re a small, fast-paced team, and each of us covers a wide variety of tasks that require quick turnarounds. Your work can vary from creating or editing compelling blog posts, whitepapers, product descriptions, social media content, web copy, and proofreading. Your stories are high-level analytical, and emotionally engaging. You tell them in the unique Interlay tone and voice, accessible for all audiences.

As a Copywriter, you will work closely with the Head of Ecosystem & Marketing and interact with the rest of the team on various tasks. This position requires a combination of quick, collaborative, and independent thinking. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

Job requirements

What you will do

• Ideate and manage various cross-platform consistent brand storytelling to educate, engage and inspire action.
• Write clear, attractive copy with the distinct Interlay voice suited to our audiences. Content may vary from technology-driven articles, blog posts, whitepapers, site copy, video storyboards, etc.
• Provide editorial and proofreading support, and interpret high-tech documents into comprehensive briefs catering to the full spectrum of our audience
• Collaborate with designers, PR, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g., email campaigns and landing pages)
• Conduct high-quality research and interviews, and additional source content
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach

What you bring

• A storyteller with solid copywriting experience and native English speaker
• Experience in writing long- and short-form copies and bite-sized for social media
• High-quality research and analytical skills, and ability to source new stories
• Proofreading, editing, and SEO Copywriting knowledge
• Collaborative spirit for co-creating with team, community, and partners
• Handling pressure well and working towards tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Highly proficient in a second language apart from English
• Versatile knowledge of blockchain technologies
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Suite to adapt images, headers, etc.
