About Integral

Integral is a pseudonymous team packed with mathematicians, financial engineers, and coders. Our mission is to solve all sorts of trading puzzles For DeFi and safeguard the decentralized future for human society.

Founded in August 2020, Integral has built and operated two working products, FIVE and SIZE. These two products enable DeFi to offer large orders with world-class execution prices equally competitive with centralized exchanges. In 1 year of operations, Integral has executed over $450 million in volume, served an average trade size larger than any other DEXs, and built smart contracts that have never failed once.

As one of the earliest players in this new primitive, Integral is determined to define the category and make DeFi the standard for large trades. To prepare well for this challenge, we have made connections with some of the biggest names in DeFi, and secured us a healthy cash runway with a $32m seed round. Responsibility

• Coordinate social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities (publishing, analytics, moderation)
• Develop relevant and appealing content with the distinct Interlay voice to reach target audiences, write copy text and align with marketing targets
• Create, curate, and manage content on social platforms, uploading content and supporting/moderating live talks on Twitter Spaces, YouTube, etc.
• Work with the Design Team to ensure brand consistency
• Work with CMO to develop and expand outreach
• Use social media marketing tools like Emplifi and Hootsuite for publishing and analytics
• Measure the success of the channels and campaigns: report on and analyze key metrics and adjust strategy when necessary
• Create content database and success-rate statistics (views, likes, sharing, etc.)

Relevant Experience

• A storyteller with solid social media management and content creating an experience
• Native or fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Skills to create engaging social media content such as memes, gifs, videos, etc.
• Ability to coordinate an editorial calendar to assure a consistent flow of content
• Self-driven with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion
• Collaborative spirit for co-creating with team, community, and partners
• Handling pressure well and working towards tight deadlines
