PR & BD Manager

InsurAce is a decentralized insurance protocol, aiming to provide reliable, robust and carefree DeFi insurance services to the DeFi users, with very low premium and sustainable investment returns. We respect all the DeFi insurance pioneers and do not consider ourselves as a competitor to the existing players, but a necessary complementary role to the immense and expansive DeFi world.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies, such as social media (Twitter, medium, etc) growth plans, and product marketing launch plans.
• Business Development, to build strategic relationships and partner with key vendors, service providers and other projects with strategic marketing value.
• Community Building: to identify, contact and manage promotion events such as AMA, podcast, youtube interviews with relevant influencers and community leaders in the crypto space.
• Branding, to create a lasting impression among app users and improving product sales and market share.
• Other ad-hoc tasks that might be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Native level of English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
• Experience managing and analysing online marketing campaigns, product launches.
• Able to execute the nitty gritty marketing work, and work with co-founders on high-level marketing strategy.
• Good learning ability and communication skills, passionate about the crypto industry.
• Hands-on experience in crypto-related marketing is a big plus.
• At least 1 year experience.
