Job Description:

As part of the growth hacking team, you’ll be in charge of creating and executing customized and targeted creative campaigns for different objectives, whether it’s social media growth or product launches.

Time Zone: Ability to work in CET time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage growth strategies tailored to specific client objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different campaign elements, including messaging, visuals, and channels.
• Social Media Management: Create and manage social media campaigns to drive engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness across various platforms.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports campaign goals, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth hacking techniques.
• Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and community members to foster relationships, gather feedback, and drive user-generated content and reviews.
• Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications

• Web3/Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of the web3 and blockchain space, including key players, trends, and technologies.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth hacking in the web3 industry.

• In-depth knowledge of quest campaigns, like Galxy and Zealy.

• Creativity: Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and effective growth strategies.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas clearly.
• Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for driving engagement and growth.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to quickly pivot strategies based on changing market conditions and campaign performance.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

• Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
