Your role:

As the Head of Product Adoption, you will define, drive and oversee the adoption strategy for the iExec protocol and token. You will implement its operational deployment in order to increase the use of the token and its integration in the blockchain ecosystem. The Head of Adoption is expected to have a management role, but also direct marketing functions.

Your missions:

In line with iExec’s current roadmap, you will define the key actions by building a global strategy in the form of OKRs (Objective and Key Results), coordinating your team and monitoring marketing performance through bi-monthly reporting.

Driven by a constant watch on market developments, you will elaborate the company’s product/adoption strategy by defining the major development stages in the short, medium and long term. The continuous improvement cycles of the decentralized marketplace are your major challenge, which you address within the budgetary framework.

You lead communication/marketing projects by providing the teams with the human, technical and financial resources required to ensure the smooth running of operations. To do this, you define the budgets, planning and objectives with the various hierarchical intermediaries and ensure communication to the general management on the difficulties and successes encountered. Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you will represent iExec in international events.

You will be responsible for the management of the user, developer and investor community, defining communication actions and executing the community growth and retention strategy by implementing performance evaluation tools.

The analysis of the competition’s practices and the detection of potential projects and applications will allow you to define a reliable partnership strategy. You will guide and detect collaboration opportunities in the blockchain/crypto ecosystem, developing marketing tools and materials at each stage of the pipeline previously defined.

Even if your management skills are essential, you must also take the lead in federating and accompanying the adoption teams in the field in their professional developments and issues.

Achieving your objectives remains a team effort. You must therefore be able to help each member of your team to progress and you will be evaluated on the success of your colleagues. As you are asked to complete the company’s vision, you develop your team through appropriate recruitments and motivate the existing teams by providing them with the training they need to adapt to product/market developments.

In conjunction with the Asset Manager, you define the token-economics models likely to generate the greatest adoption of the protocol.

To summarize, you are an efficient leader capable of mastering the following 4 pillars of your business to promote iExec to an international leadership position:

• Marketing

The profile we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in the blockchain/crypto field
• Successful launch of new services and products
• Team management
• Excellent representation skills
• Industry experience: IT, cloud, software, blockchain
• Degree: Engineer or Master
• Languages: English/French
