Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Marketing Director with experience creating major campaigns and coordinating both internal and third-party marketing teams. With an in-depth knowledge of the blockchain industry and ideally other industry experience, this person will join our executive team in key decision making. Candidates should have a grasp of the general crypto landscape, how blockchain projects market themselves, what happened with the DeFi market in 2020, how marketing is unique to the space and have new ideas to bring to the table as the space evolves. Most important is a top-down strategic vision on how to set and achieve your client’s goals.

Developing multi-channel, impactful and mesmerising marketing campaigns is your speciality and you are comfortable at both executing and directing others. You should be able to articulate why some projects succeed in their marketing and some fail. You will be working with top-tier blockchain projects every day to help them succeed.

What we expect

• 3+ years experience in crypto marketing
• Strategic and long term vision
• The ability to lead, train and hire your dream team
• Proven ability to devise and execute marketing campaigns for blockchain projects
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
• Understanding of all key channels a blockchain project uses
• Must be comfortable speaking with clients
• (Near) native English a must
• Connections to projects or key opinion leaders (PLUS)
• Other languages, writing or design skills (PLUS)
• Crypto investing or trading experience (PLUS)
