HotDAO is a well-funded start-up that succeeds in bridging Real World Assets to the world of decentralised finance. And by Real World Assets, we don’t mean obligation-based documents like invoices; we mean physical bricks and mortar.

Using our completely unique and legally sound multi-entity model, we are able to mint our GBP-stablecoin directly against a multi-million pound portfolio of Prime, Central London Real Estate.

We are seeding our collateral pool with truly stable assets first, so as to give our stablecoin a core of well, stability, with a view to giving holders an immense confidence in the value of what they are holding.

We are a team of traditional finance operators (real-estate private equity, traditional wealth management and multi-jurisdiction corporate legal personnel) who are united in our enthrallment re. the possibility of expanding our collective modus operandi to DeFi.

We are confident in our overall tokenomics (including a truly ingenious and well-tested GBP-peg stability mechanism), our risk management and our application of the principles of DeFi generally, but we lack a true ‘crypto-native’ among our ranks. With this in mind:

Your Key Responsibilities:

• As we approach imminent Protocol launch, build a thorough and sound marketing strategy, with your primary goal being to build a large and sticky community.
• Execute said marketing strategy, including clearly and concisely providing the CEO with any and all 3rd party requirements to see this achieved. You should already have a vast and diverse network within the crypto space, including but not limited to influencers, crypto news sites and content creators.
• Utilise your exceptional network to obtain meetings with Web 3.0 VCs. HoTDao is very well funded already, so our angle is to achieve strategic backing from such VCs, where there is a natural fit.
• Possess immense knowledge and past experience within the crypto ecosystem, so that we are best placed to adapt to emerging trends.
• Post-launch, your role will evolve to focus purely on growth. You will continuously analyse, test, and iterate on previously deployed methods and strategies. Additionally, you will retain full oversight to ensure brand identity is consistently implemented across all marketing channels

Requirements:

• A deep understanding of blockchain, specifically Ethereum and DeFi, is a must
• A deep understanding of crypto consumers and what motivates them online
• Considerable experience in building a crypto community prior to and continuing through Protocol launch. Specifically, we would love this to include evidence of being able to connect with such communities by generating meaningful engagement that drives growth.
