Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and tactics to promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends, a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, and experience leading a team.

Organization Overview:

Hodl Finance DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization that is focused on providing market making and investment solutions for the cryptocurrency market. We are a growing organization that is committed to providing innovative market making solutions and funding to promising startups.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet objectives.
• Guide a team of marketers by giving feedback on their work and directing where needed and sometimes assisting in the work.
• Work with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, pitch decks, and animations.
• Plan and execute events, such as AMAs, Twitter spaces, and product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Analyze marketing data and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Report to the members of the board on marketing performance, goals, and strategies.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, including trends, key players, and regulatory issues.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in growing Twitter channels and Discord servers.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours when needed.
