What is Hifi?

The Hifi Lending Protocol enables fixed-rate lending and borrowing — something much needed in decentralized finance today. Tokenizing on-chain debt allows anyone access to instant liquidity against collateral assets approved by Hifi Governance (crypto and NFTs). Similar to a zero-coupon bond, the debt obligation settles on a specific future date. Hifi Governance is the community organized process of managing the various aspects of the Hifi Lending Protocol.

Why work at Hifi?

Smart contracts and ERC20/ERC721 tokens are at the heart of the crypto ecosystem. Hifi is developing a variety of smart contracts to allow our users to earn passive yield. We will also implement smart contracts that have been developed by others.

We are looking for a community manager with experience in the NFT and/or DeFi space who is enthusiastic and driven to help build the future of finance. About the Role:

We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly motivated, ambitious individual experienced in social media, promotional campaigns and community engagement. You’ll be engaging directly with the community on a day-to-day basis and implementing a growth-focused strategy developed alongside our marketing team. You’ll need existing demonstrable knowledge of growing and managing a community and leading from the front.

You will be joining the team at a pivotal stage in our development. You need to be up for a challenge, a fast learner and an outcome focused team player.

What you’ll do at Hifi

• Creating and curating content alongside our marketing team to drive engagement across social channels.
• Work with the marketing team to deliver content across social channels (Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.)
• Practice social listening and leveraging insights from our community to design new campaigns, strategies and business proposals.
• Engaging in other important NFT communities. Monitoring hashtags and joining in community conversations.
• Monitoring, reporting and optimizing performance across Twitter and Discord to ensure audience growth and engagement.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years moderating Discord, Twitter, and/or Instagram based communities/followings.
• You have a track record of building and growing an engaged community (ideally within a crypto or NFT domain).
• You have experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing blog posts).
• You know how to identify and track relevant community metrics.
• You lead with a level head and can manage community discussions in sensitive situations.
• You apply clever and creative ways to spark conversation and generate engagement.
• You have fluent written and spoken English.

What will really set you apart:

• You have worked with Adobe creative suite or similar software to create visually engaging content.
• Are a memeologist; one of the earliest to spot or adapt new meme trends.
• Can demonstrate a genuine interest in the NFT and DeFi spaces and can speak to them at length.
• You know how to draw a crowd, grab attention and spread the word.
• Experience with governance and running a DAO as a governance lead or community member.
