Marketing & Community Manager

This may be the first Business Development role in this space and as such you will scope, plan, and execute business development in a green-field environment

The Role:

Arrakis is looking for someone with a marketing background to fulfill the role of Head of Marketing and Community. The most important marketing tool for a crypto company is its community. Due to this in this early stage of Arrakis, we are looking for someone who can fill both the marketing and community manager roles initially.

This means you will both be responsible for social media and content creation, as well as managing community moderators and creating community engagement. You will take a data driven approach for growing socials, bringing ideas to the table for content that can be created.

Overall your aim is to increase the awareness of Arrakis by using “traditional” marketing tactics, as well as newer more crypto focussed ones such as running community challenges in the discord.

Responsibilities:

• Work together with the Growth Team
• Lead Social Media
• Lead the Community Moderators
• Organize Community Challenges and Events
• Create a Content Strategy, and execute it

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing
• Experience in Analytics (Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics etc)
• Understanding/Excitement for Crypto Markets
• Willing to work autonomously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
