Director, Product Marketing (NFT Marketplace)

At GameStop, we’re transforming an iconic brand with a new leadership team and a culture of experimentation. Our new leadership team is a who’s who of Tech Company and Omni-Channel Retail Executives.

As we ready our NFT Marketplace for launch, we’re adding a Director, Product Marketing reporting to our VP, Business Development. This role is a chance to speak to both a consumer (creators, traders) and B2B audience, analyze new market opportunities and create GameStop’s messaging as one of the first NFT platforms from an established brand. In this emerging space, you’ll position our platform now and as the market evolves, ensuring that GameStop is a leading NFT Marketplace.

About You:

• This role requires domain knowledge of the crypto space. Some experience working for a company in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain Technology or NFTs required.
• 6+ years of Product Marketing & GTM experience. Experience in the Creator/Builder space or consumer marketplace businesses a plus. Ideally, some Product Management experience will come in handy.
• Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual. Prior business development experience will help during meetings with potential F1000 partners.
• Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment-oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention
• Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions.
• Prior Product Marketing experience in an emerging industry a plus.
