Social Media Growth Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Growth Manager, who is familiar with crypto and / or NFT, and /or a P2E gaming sphere, to join our fast-growing team. Currently we are looking for a freelance / project based partnership with a possibility for a full time work in the future.

Our ideal candidate is an English fluent, skilled and crypto-driven communication manager with an eye for detail. We specialise in NFT and Crypto gaming, so you should have knowledge of this field. If you have 2+ years of experience and are immersed in crypto communities, who knows the exact way how to get the message spread around various social media platforms: Reddit, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc., we’d like to meet you. It’s a huge advantage if you have experience in gaming or blockchain projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate internally and externally to produce high quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform.
• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects
• Conduct high-quality research
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
• Source images and other content

Requirements and skills

• Can plan out and manage both high impact short campaigns and long term healthy community growth.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a copywriter or related role
• Solid understanding of Social content management systems and standard methodologies
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and strategies.
• Knowledge in gaming and blockchain industry
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience with SEO
• Strong research skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
